For CROPHA, training is not something that ends at the completion of a course. Our helpdesk support service (helpdesk@cropha.com) is an easy system made available to our customer CROs to assist their junior CRAs in answering any job related question they may have when in charge of a clinical trial project. Answers will be returned within a maximum of 48 hrs.
