CRA EVALUATION

1 HOUR – GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL
CROPHA can provide internationally recognized testing to help to evaluate and improve the performance efficacy and efficiency of all functioning CRAs. Testing can also determine what professional development training would be beneficial and guide the design of specific training initiatives to further improve the knowledge, skills and attitude of an individual or group of CRAs. This type of evaluation can also be used to more efficiently recruit the right personnel for your team.

Utilizing the T-CRA online test system, theoretical knowledge as well as the practical proficiency of CRAs in real-life situations by using realistic case studies will be evaluated. Test-takers are assessed on 10 different topics covering the whole range of skills required for carrying out their everyday mission:
  • INFORMED CONSENT
  • SOURCE DOCUMENTS
  • CLINICAL TRIAL FILES
  • SITE IDENTIFICATION/SITE SELECTION
  • SITE INITIATION VISIT
  • SITE MONITORING VISIT
  • IP MANAGEMENT (CRA POINT OF VIEW)
  • DATA MANAGEMENT (CRA POINT OF VIEW)
  • SITE CLOSURE VISIT
  • ERRORS, MISCONDUCT & FRAUD
The T-CRA testing system is authored by experts with extensive experience as CRAs with major pharmaceutical firms and was specifically developed using state-of-the-art psychometric techniques (3-parameter IRT model2). Each T-CRA test currently consists of 50 questions randomly selected from a question bank including hundreds of Multiple Choice Questions (only one answer possible) and Multiple Response Questions (several answers possible). It can be delivered anywhere, anytime over the web.
